In “Foramina,” players explore cranial nerves and their important roles in head functions. Each player builds a set of cranial nerves by rolling dice to earn axons. These axons help players get more cranial nerves and buy foramina. The goal is to be the first to collect three foramina. The game is designed for up to four players and offers a fun, strategic way to learn about the head’s complex anatomy.
