Sepsis Game

Sepsis can cause shock, organ failure, or death if not recognized and treated quickly. The Sepsis Game is designed to raise awareness and encourage clinical staff to always consider sepsis. By playing the game, staff learn the importance of early detection and timely treatment.

The game brings staff together to discuss the challenges of sepsis, which everyone is responsible for recognizing and managing. Two teams compete by answering questions about sepsis. Team discussions help players learn from different perspectives, making it especially useful for multidisciplinary training.
