Pest House is a flip-and-write game centered around public health during the early 20th century—a time when infectious diseases still threatened communities before science and technology brought them under control. Players create and manage their own maps, strategically marking and sometimes removing areas, as they work to build the largest, healthiest, and most thriving town.
